So yes i’ve been super slack and done very little cooking and even less blogging but I thought I’d use this lengthy Easter weekend to remedy the situation by finally putting up a new post. This is a recipe for my favourite dip….i make this all the time and while it is a great party number I can devour it quite easily all on my lonesome :)

I can’t vouch for its authenticity but I can vouch for its taste and yes as promised this time there are pics to spruce up the recipe (thanks Jo). Now there are 3 different types of chilli used in the recipe, but the word spicy isn’t just for decoration in the title people! Of course you are more than welcome to tone down the amount of chilli as desired according to taste….so experiment away…
