I got put onto this recipe by my colleague last week and I’ve been hanging out for a cool autumn evening to whip this up, but alas it appears Melbourne is not yet done with summer as the warm weather continues. So I said weather be damned, this delicious pumpkin soup must be consumed ASAP and I won’t let this 26°C weather stand in my way.
I’ve modified this basic pumpkin soup recipe with the addition of cumin for a subtle smoky flavour.
